Glaucoma
CBN can possibly be used for those with glaucoma. CBN (and THC) lowers intraocular pressure, one of the most significant risk factors for glaucoma.
Anti-inflammatory
CBN has also been found to be an effective anti-imflammatory. This is useful for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. In one study, CBN reduced arthritis in rodents.

You’re probably wondering why we haven’t mentioned the sedating effects that everyone talks about. In reality, CBN itself does not necessarily give the sedating effects. Rather, the terpenes from the aged cannabis plants can account for the sedation. Furthermore, many CBN products are mixed with some form of THC, which is the molecule that makes you sleepy.
